What is a Chakra?

The ancient Sanskrit word Chakra means a spinning wheel of energy. Our bodies are made up of energy. Our body is re-creating itself over and over again every second. The body you are experiencing right now will have totally re-created every organ, bone, skin cell, etc. within 7 years. Our body re-creates itself according to the information our cells are delivering it through our thoughts, beliefs and emotions (energy in motion).

Each cell in the body collects information and tells the body how to restore itself. If the cells do not receive any "new" information, the body will continue to re-create itself according to past information it has been given. If the cells receive "new" information through thoughts and beliefs, then the cells begin to form the body according to the "new" information. If the "new" information is not in harmony with the true purpose of the spirit which the body houses, the body will begin to experience dis-ease.

Information is also stored in small pockets of energy within the body called meridian points. These meridian points are the points that are accessed through acupuncture and also massage that assist us in releasing stress and emotional or physical discomfort in the body.

A Chakra is like a larger vortex of energy that extends from outside the physical body, through the body, and in many cases through the back of the body. In these energy vortexes are recorded the information that relates to our experiences here in this earthy dimension.

I will discuss the 7 main individual Chakras according to how and when the Chakra was created and what information resides in each Chakra. I will share ideas on how to pull out useful information recorded within your system for the purpose of healing and coming into harmony with your true identity as a Child of God. I will also share ideas and new thoughts that will help generate new information for your cells to deliver to your body to assist in creating more of what you want in your life.

Through the atonement of Christ, and an awareness of our destructive thinking patterns and dysfunctional belief systems brought on by existence in a dimension of duality, we are able to literally re-create the life we would rather have, to be in alignment with our heavenly genetic heritage.

"It is the privilege of the children of God to come to God and get revelation." (Joseph Smith, Jr.) Receiving revelation from God, has everything to do with asking the right questions, ask and ye shall receive, knock and it will be opened unto you (D&C 4:7). Asking the right questions has everything to do with knowing what the problem is. Knowing what the problem is has much to with discovering where it originated. Understanding our Chakra system is one way we are able to access information that will assist us in uncovering hidden dysfunction within our energy system that is not in alignment with truth and light.
